My approach to healing is shaped by an uncommon combination of Physics and Psychology. Physics taught me to see systems as interconnected—where a change in one part can influence the whole. Psychology taught me how deeply our emotions, thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and learned patterns shape our experience.
I bring these perspectives together through evidence-informed hypnotherapy and integrative therapeutic modalities, working across three interconnected dimensions: the somatic, the emotional, and the intellectual.
Rather than addressing symptoms in isolation, I explore the patterns beneath them and how they interact. Hypnotherapy provides access to implicit patterns, emotional learning, and internal resources, while integrated approaches informed by psychology, neuroscience, attachment, somatic awareness, and parts-based work help create change at multiple levels.
This multidimensional approach allows insight to become embodied, emotions to become integrated, and new ways of thinking and responding to become more accessible—supporting deeper and more sustainable change rather than temporary symptom relief.
I do not believe healing is about becoming someone different. It is about removing what keeps you disconnected from your own capacity for change.
My role is to help you reconnect the parts of yourself that already know how to heal, grow, and move toward your fullest potential.
